双方学生申请 Common Law Sponsorship

你好，我想问一下有没有双方都是学生但是申请common law sponsorship成功的先例。双方都没有工作，但是名下有足够存款来保证生活和学习。另外，status change from single to common law会不会影响学生签证续签的申请？会不会造成足够疑问as to the student would not intend to go back after studies?
